③ 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "Mall", who continuously receives the information of the "Mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "Mall". ④ 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the service provided by the "Mall" without joining a member.

Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of agreements)

Article 4 (Provision and change of services)

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

① "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance check, replacement or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication.

② The “Mall” compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reason of paragraph 1. However, this is not the case when the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

③ If the service cannot be provided due to the change of business item, abandonment of the business, integration between companies, etc., the "Mall" notifies the user in the manner specified in Article 8, and the consumer is subject to the conditions set out in the original "Mall". Rewards.


Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① The user applies for membership registration by filling out the member information according to the registration form set by the "Mall" and expressing his intention to agree to these terms.

② "Mall" is registered as a member unless the following applies among the users who have applied for membership as in paragraph 1.
1. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership under Article 7 (3) of these Terms and Conditions, however, three years have elapsed since the loss of membership under Article 7 (3), and the Member consents to rejoin membership. An exception is made when.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Disqualification, etc.)

Article 8 (Management of Dormant ID)

① "Mall" is regarded as a dormant ID if the user has no usage record for 5 years, and the service is suspended.
② When the "Mall" is processed as a dormant ID, the user will be notified of the above through email.
③ "Mall" enables re-use after the identity verification process when a dormant user logs in.


Article 9 (Notification to Members )

① When "Mall" notifies members, "Mall" And you can do it with the email address you specified in advance.
② "Mall" can replace individual notices by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notice to unspecified members.

Article 10 (Purchase application)

Article 11 (Establishment of contract)

Article 13 (Receipt confirmation notice, purchase application change and cancellation)

① "Mall" notifies the user of receipt if there is a purchase request from the user.

② In the event that there is a discrepancy in the intention of receipt, the user who has received the confirmation of receipt may immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the confirmation of receipt, and the “Mall” requests without delay if requested by the user before delivery. Article 14 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

① "Mall" is made to order so that users can deliver goods within 7 days from the date of subscription, unless there is a separate agreement regarding the timing of supply of goods and users. However, if the "Mall" has already received all or part of the price of goods, etc., it will take action within 2 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the price. Article 15 (Refund) In the event

Article 16 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

Article 17 (effects of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

① "Mall" will refund the amount of goods already paid within 3 business days when the goods are returned from the user.

Article 19 (Obligations

of the “Mall” ) ① The “Mall” does not prohibit acts contrary to the laws and regulations or the public order and morals and does its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions. Must do.

Article 20 (Member's ID and Password Responsibilities)

Article 21 (Obligations of users )

Article 22 (Relationship between the "Mall" and the "Mall" )

Article 23 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction of Use)

③ "Mall" must notify the user in case of using the copyright belonging to the user according to the agreement.

④ The user is solely responsible for the damage caused by the user using the information posted on the "Mall" without signing a product purchase and service use contract with the "Mall".


Article 24 (Dispute Resolution)

① "Mall"

Article 25 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① Lawsuits related to e-commerce disputes between the "Mall" and users are based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and in the absence of an address, the district court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the place of residence. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of the complaint, or if the person is a foreign resident, it is filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the “Mall” and users.


Article 26 (Special Provisions)

① Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Basic Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, and other related laws, as well as domestic and international travel standard terms and conditions.


Supplementary Provisions: These terms and conditions will go into effect on September 1, 2004.
